True Loft Features

We are now deep into the creation of the Model Suites, high up on the 11th floor of Network Lofts. The views--in every direction--are vast and clear.

Authentic loft features abound in the Model Suites, which will be available for sale, including high ceilings (from 10.5 to 16 feet in height) to the classic concrete columns that actually support the building.

There has been a lot of buzz about the floors so we will soon be posting actual images of the concrete floors. They are not polished--yet--but they are beautiful. We will take some pictures to post on the blog so that everyone can see the floors before, during, and after the building is rejuvenated.

Of course, we still have to talk about the windows!

Sneak Peek

The Presentation and Welcoming Centre is now fully under construction. We want to showcase some of the great features you will find at the Network Lofts, so our model suites will be located 11 storeys above the city. Real views for real lofts.

Building the Presentation and Welcoming Centre on a high floor provides visitors with the opportunity to not only see more of the building, but to check out the elevators, ceilings, and hallways of the building.

Interesting Tidbit: Network Lofts will be over-serviced with elevators. There are five elevators serving the building and one is dedicated for the Penthouse Floor. More elevators means less time waiting.
